On this Patriot's Day, let us remember the brave British citizens who, after drilling publicly for several years with their military arms, engaged and defeated elite units of the world's most powerful military and economic machine as those troops attempted to seize their fellow citizens' arms and ammunition.

Never forget: Lexington and Concord (as well as the running gunfight back to Boston) were gun confiscation raids - which were utterly defeated by a defiant armed citizenry.

Remember too the brave Jewish men and women of the Warsaw Ghetto, whose courageous stand against incalculable odds began this day in 1943.

Finally, remember as well the souls of the men, women, and children in the Branch Davidian compound, who were murdered this day in 1993 by police and paramilitary units of their own American government.

Oleg reminds us that we, the right-thinking Americans of the early 21st century, simply have no excuse in not seeing what the forces of transnational socialism have planned for us.

And even less excuse in not facing those threats with the same defiant courage shown in Massachusetts and Poland by our forefather freedom fighters.

Never again.
