The Federal Yellow Book list of agencies, bureaus and directorates is about the size of the Manhattan phone directory. Most of it is unconstitutional and much of it is anti-American.
I regret being unemplyed for 15 months a lot less when I think of all the salary they have no longer been able to confiscate and use against me.
If the welfare state were eliminated and those bureaucrats' salaries given directly to the poor, zap, no more poverty.
The control freaks would have to relinquish some control, though. They can't.
I hope they get lots of help leting go, in November.

Erik Scott is evidently not the straw that broke the camel's back, but ought to be pretty close.

"Drop Dead, Thief" was right on...

The Erik Scott issue?
Murderers.
I recall bad things happening to a cop in New York who murdered a civilian. I think his house burnt down. The legal system will not bring justice to these people. Maybe the people will have to.

Defender-

There will be no one "letting go" in November.

The reins will merely change hands, as we pay new people to steal from us.

There is no fixing this system from within the system.

It was back in November or December last year when I posted a comment regarding the sources I used (including www.zabasearch.com) to locate the home addresses of my local cops. I was automatically branded a FED TROLL for my effort but in a case like this one I feel it is prudent to know not only who the local LEO's are but also where they live. This story is not just that of a citizen being executed by cops but one who is NOT THE FIRST ONE that was executed by cops. I have said before about the Boy Scout Motto: BE PREPARED. They might think they can kill us off one by one but at some point the show will be on the other foot. Just my 2 cents worth. Signed: Not a Troll

The killing of Erik Scott by LVPD could be the shooting that blows the lid off wrongful police violence nationwide. You just can't get away with executing honorably discharged West Point grads for shopping with their girlfriends - particularly when your victim's father is an Honest-to-God Air Force test pilot and acclaimed aviation journalist (Aviation Week) with high level connections.

The inquest is underway now, and it's a kangaroo court if there ever was one. Much more at my blog if you're interested: http://invertebratenation.blogspot.com/

This is something we all need to jump on. Spread the word!

I have no illusions, Justin. I was just feeling uncharacteristically optimistic last night. Back to normal now.

Anon 5:29, check out the RTC blog (restoretheconstitution.wordpress.com). There's a link to Zabasearch under the "resources" tab.

Oh, and this Vegas police shooting with cover up looks like it will likely end up being another Without Rule Of Law situation.

And, yes, if that ends up being the case, I'd say it would justify the use of "resources" to develop targets and use the tactic of hit-and-run vitriolage to make examples of them.

Burned faces sell messages.

Look at the anti- drunk driving poster titled "not everyone who gets hit by a drunk driver dies." Google it. Notice how the picture helps sell the message.

What if there were a poster saying "Not every criminal in uniform oathbreaker goes unscathed" or some such.

I am sickened each and every time I read yet another story of thugs with badges acting under color of law, trigger happy or administering a beating or tasing in the name of officer safety. They are usually exonerated by an "investigation" that deems the "officers involved acted appropriately and followed department procedures".

Having cops investigate other cops is much akin to allowing the fox to watch over the hen-house.

This is now endemic within the system on that side of the blue wall of silence.

I speak from personal, first hand experience. I too have suffered beating and wrongful arrest only to be written a check by the city. The thugs are still operating as LEO and suffered no personal repercussions. The citizens paid for their wrong doing and nothing changes.
